Changes in MPS Prewise

(Gimlet LMS and Prewise Learning)

Please forward this message to your IT department for further information.

We’ll move our Gimlet LMS and Prewise Learning server environment to a new service provider during May and June. Change does not affect the service DNS names and end-user services, but all IP-addresses will change. All our end-user services use only default http/https ports, which are normally allowed.

All our services will be in subnet 185.87.245.0/24. If you have any firewall rules related to our old subnet, you should add our new IP subnet to allowed addresses.

If you use our fi1ftp1.prewise.com (old IP 62.236.125.54) ftp/ssh server to transfer files and your firewall has related rules, you need to add new address to firewall allowed list. Our ftp/ssh server’s new IP address is 185.87.245.12. SSH keys do not change. The change will be made during our next service window, which is Thursday, June 9th 18:00-22:00.
